Terms of Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the delivery of final files. Additional rounds of revisions beyond the scope outlined in the quote will be billed separately at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
2. Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes only the services and deliverables explicitly stated in the quote. Any additional work requested outside the initial scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
3. Revisions:
The quote includes up to three rounds of revisions for each design deliverable. To stay on schedule, revisions need to be made within a maximum of 3 days to ensure you get the full amount of feedback time if it’s needed. We provide you with a feedback form so you can easily enter your feedback online or if you prefer we can have a call or meeting. Additional revisions will be billed separately at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
4. Project Timeline:
Estimated timelines provided are based on the current understanding of the project scope and may be adjusted based on client feedback and changes in scope. Delays in client feedback or approval may result in extended timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided is accurate and free of any legal issues, including copyright infringement.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights:
Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final design files and usage rights for the agreed-upon deliverables. K+CO retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.
7. Cancellation Policy:
If the project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit will be retained by K+CO, and the client will be billed for any work completed beyond the deposit amount. K+CO reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or if any other unforeseen issues arise.
8. Confidentiality:
K+CO agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the client and to use it solely for the purpose of completing the project.
9. Liability:
K+CO will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless K+CO against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the use of the provided content and materials.
10. Final Deliverables:
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon formats as specified in the scope of work. Any additional formats or modifications requested after project completion may incur additional charges.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
